On the most basic of definition, audio production software is a program that is installed on a computer system design to record, mix, edit, and playback music. The complexity levels of audio software will vary depending upon its use. Home versions of such software can produce some amazing results but their complexity will be certainly less than the software used to professional recording facilities.
